Seasonal Data Entry Examiner

Job Summary

To support a busy season, the part-time Seasonal Data Entry Examiner will enter data from Medical Necessity Review Forms and Clinical Quality Evaluator worksheets while working remotely and maintaining high accuracy and production standards.

Key responsibilities

• Enters data from MNR Forms and CQE worksheets, ensuring a minimum production level of 20 MNR Forms per hour with 98% accuracy
• Verifies member eligibility and processes necessary data into the Integrated Health Care System (IHIS) according to guidelines
• Communicates with provider offices to clarify missing information and completes daily production reports for supervision

Required qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED certificate required
• Two years of data entry experience with a minimum typing speed of 10,000 keystrokes per hour
• Working knowledge of computer keyboard and data entry software
• Experience with eligibility verification and data processing in a healthcare setting preferred
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment with a reliable internet connection
