Job Summary

To support a high-volume hiring initiative, the seasonal, remote Seasonal High-Volume Recruiter will conduct initial outreach, evaluate candidate qualifications, and lead structured video interviews while ensuring a positive candidate experience.

Key responsibilities

• Review and screen large volumes of resumes with speed and accuracy
• Conduct structured video interviews with applicants and collaborate with the hiring team
• Maintain organized records of candidate interactions and escalate time-sensitive hiring needs

Required qualifications

• Experience screening resumes and interviewing applicants or similar relevant experience
• Legally authorized to work and reside in the United States
• Tech-savvy with a stable internet connection and a computer with a camera and microphone
• Detail-oriented and able to manage stress effectively
• Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
