Job Summary

As a part-time seasonal Inside Sales Representative working remotely, the successful candidate will manage inbound leads, conduct proactive outreach to customers, and guide them through the service booking process while promoting additional offerings.

Key responsibilities

• Field inbound leads from submissions and calls to assist customers with moving and storage solutions
• Make proactive calls to existing and former customers to encourage service usage and generate referrals
• Provide service estimates and guide customers through the online order flow for booking services

Required qualifications

• Exceptional communication skills with a strong sales aptitude
• Ability to handle fast-paced changes and intense workloads
• Strong phone presence and high emotional intelligence
• Technologically savvy with the ability to learn new software rapidly
• 1-2 years of customer-facing experience preferred (e.g., retail, hospitality, or customer service)
