As a consultative guide for customers seeking moving, storage, and shipping solutions, the part-time seasonal Inside Sales Representative will manage inbound leads, make proactive outreach calls, and provide service estimates while working remotely in a flexible schedule environment.

Key responsibilities

• Field inbound leads from submissions and calls while promoting service usage to existing and former customers
• Guide customers through the order flow in the online portal and provide service estimates via call, SMS, and email
• Promote additional services and generate referrals to enhance customer engagement

Required qualifications

• Exceptional communication skills with a strong sales aptitude
• Ability to handle fast-paced changes and intense workloads
• Strong phone presence and high emotional intelligence
• Technologically savvy with the capability to learn new software rapidly
