Job Summary
Supporting customers with their health insurance plans, the Seasonal Licensed Health Insurance Agent will work remotely in a full-time capacity, focusing on explaining medical plan features, onboarding new members, and assisting current members with cost analysis during their yearly reviews, all without commission-based pay.
Key responsibilities
- Explain features and advantages of available medical plans to customers
- Onboard new members and provide support to existing members during their yearly reviews
- Conduct cost/plan analysis to identify the best products for customers
Required qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required
- Resident Insurance License in hand with CE completed
- Intermediate/advanced technical proficiency for navigating multiple systems
- Open availability between 7am-10pm EST, 7 days a week during the season
- Strong sales skills with a focus on relationship building and persuasion
