Job Summary

Working remotely on a full-time basis, the Seasonal Open Enrollment Processor will manage open enrollment tasks, including updating coverage, processing applications, and ensuring accurate billing for medical insurance.

Key responsibilities

• Process open enrollment applications, including adding dependents and updating coverage details
• Navigate multiple programs and systems to ensure accurate data entry and compliance with insurance guidelines
• Demonstrate analytical thinking to resolve issues related to billing and coverage discrepancies

Required qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in medical insurance billing, coding, or customer care
• Prior open enrollment experience preferred
• Typing speed of 40 words per minute
• Proficiency in computer skills and ability to learn new systems quickly
• Ability to pass a required assessment during the training period
