Seasonal Property & Casualty Recruiter

Job Summary

To support a period of increased hiring activity, the Seasonal Property & Casualty Recruiter will work remotely to source and prescreen candidates, build candidate pipelines, and collaborate with the Talent Acquisition Specialist to streamline the recruiting process.

Key Responsibilities

• Proactively source qualified candidates through various recruiting channels, including LinkedIn and job boards
• Conduct initial telephone or virtual prescreens to assess candidates' experience and qualifications
• Build and maintain candidate pipelines for frequently recruited and hard-to-fill positions

Required Qualifications

• Previous experience in recruiting, talent acquisition, or candidate sourcing preferred
• Working knowledge of the Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance industry required
• Familiarity with insurance terminology and common positions within Claims, Customer Service, and related functions
• Experience using applicant tracking systems and other sourcing tools
• Ability to manage multiple searches and candidate pipelines in a fast-paced environment
