To support a dynamic recruiting team, the seasonal Remote Seasonal Recruiting Sourcer will identify and engage qualified candidates, build talent pipelines for tax-specific roles, and collaborate with recruiters to develop effective sourcing strategies.
Key responsibilities
- Identify and engage candidates through various sourcing platforms
- Build and maintain talent pipelines for open positions
- Conduct targeted searches and assess candidate profiles for alignment with roles
Required qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in talent sourcing, recruiting, or related roles
- Hands-on experience with sourcing tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter and Indeed Resume Search
- Proficiency in using an ATS or CRM for candidate tracking
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple searches
- Preferred experience sourcing for tax, accounting, finance, or professional services roles
