Seasonal Relationship Manager

Job Summary

As the primary point of contact for partner clients during peak tax season, the Seasonal Relationship Manager will manage client relationships, guide them through the engagement process, and ensure a seamless experience in a part-time hourly role from January to April 2027, with a hybrid work arrangement in Coconut Grove, FL.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day relationships with assigned taxpayer clients, serving as their trusted point of contact
• Guide clients through the full engagement process, ensuring smooth job submission, processing, and e-filing
• Monitor account activity to proactively identify issues, address concerns, and ensure timely resolutions

Required Qualifications:

• Pursuing a Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred, or equivalent work experience
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and manage client expectations
• Highly organized with excellent attention to detail and follow-through
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment with multiple priorities
