Key responsibilities
- Organize, create, and maintain routes for several Pest Control Branch offices
- Monitor production of assigned branches to ensure they meet daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly goals
- Communicate with customers regarding special scheduling concerns and reschedule services as needed
Required qualifications
- Associate degree or equivalent experience preferred
- Excellent route creation and optimization skills
- Exceptional computer skills
- Strong customer service and issue-resolution skills
