Seasonal Sales Representative

Job Summary

To support a growing customer experience team, the part-time Seasonal Sales Representative will field inbound leads, make proactive outreach calls, and guide customers through the online booking process for moving, storage, and shipping services in select U.S. states.

Key responsibilities

• Field inbound leads from lead form submissions and inbound calls
• Make proactive phone calls to promote service usage among existing and former customers
• Guide customers through their order flow in the online portal to book their moves

Required qualifications

• Exceptional communication skills with a strong sales aptitude
• Strong critical thinking skills and ability to handle fast-paced changes
• Strong phone presence and high emotional intelligence
• Technologically savvy, with the ability to learn new software rapidly
• 1-2 years of customer-facing experience (preferred)
