Seasonal Talent Sourcer

Job Summary

To support increased hiring activity, the seasonal Talent Sourcer will work remotely to proactively source and prescreen candidates for various roles within the Property & Casualty insurance industry, collaborating closely with the Talent Acquisition Specialist.

Key Responsibilities

• Proactively source qualified candidates through various recruiting channels, including LinkedIn and job boards
• Conduct initial telephone or virtual prescreens to assess candidates' qualifications and fit for open positions
• Build and maintain candidate pipelines for frequently recruited roles, ensuring timely communication and follow-up

Required Qualifications

• Previous experience in recruiting, talent acquisition, or candidate sourcing preferred
• Working knowledge of the Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance industry required
• Familiarity with insurance terminology and common positions within Claims, Customer Service, Underwriting, and related functions
• Experience using LinkedIn, job boards, and applicant tracking systems for candidate sourcing
• Ability to conduct initial candidate prescreens and engage both active and passive candidates professionally
