Seasonal Tax Concierge Specialist
Job Summary
Supporting Pro customers remotely, the full-time Seasonal Tax Concierge Specialist will assist with tax questions, guide clients through the filing process, and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction from January 11th, 2027, through April 30th, 2027.
Key responsibilities
- Support Pro customers via chat by answering tax questions and assisting with document gathering
- Conduct customer outreach and follow up on issues, ensuring proactive communication and resolution
- Share feedback with leadership to improve customer experience and operational processes
Required qualifications
- Strong customer service skills with experience in high-touch support over chat, messaging, or phone
- Technical aptitude and comfort with navigating multiple systems and new technology
- Familiarity with common tax forms and concepts
- Proficiency with digital tools, including customer portals and secure document sharing
