Job Summary

Providing essential tax support services, the Seasonal Primary Tax Support Advisor will assist with individual and business tax returns, conduct research on tax regulations, and communicate effectively with clients while working remotely on a full-time or part-time basis.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver tax support services through various communication channels, including calls and ticketing systems
• Conduct comprehensive research on tax laws and provide accurate information and guidance
• Prepare and review tax returns as needed, ensuring thorough documentation of customer issues

Required qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in taxation, accounting, or tax preparation
• Ability to work nights and weekends as scheduled
• Proactive and self-motivated with the ability to work independently and in a team
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills for collaboration with clients and colleagues
