Seasonal Technical Recruiter
Job Summary
To support a dynamic recruitment process, the seasonal Technical Recruiter will collaborate with hiring managers to create job descriptions, proactively source and engage technical talent, and conduct virtual interviews, all while working remotely on a contract basis.
Key responsibilities
- Collaborate with hiring managers to analyze role requirements and write tailored job descriptions
- Proactively identify and build relationships with specialized professionals to maintain talent pools
- Conduct structured virtual interviews to evaluate candidates and provide feedback on their progress
Required qualifications
- At least 3 years of recruiting experience in technology, SaaS, fintech, or related fields
- Experience in consultative guidance to hiring managers and writing candidate-facing job descriptions
- Proven ability to conduct candidate interviews via video and establish rapport
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage competing priorities effectively
- Legal authorization to work and reside in the United States
