Secondary Markets Analyst

Job Summary

Supporting relationship development and transaction execution, the part-time Secondary Markets Analyst will engage with LPs, GPs, and intermediaries while assisting the execution team in managing deal processes and market research.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in managing relationships with LPs, GPs, and intermediaries throughout the transaction lifecycle
• Coordinate due diligence and documentation review while contributing to financial analysis and investment materials
• Develop knowledge of secondary market trends and support portfolio analytics to identify new transaction opportunities

Required qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in investment banking, transaction banking, corporate banking, or financial services; relevant internships considered
• Exposure to structured transactions, credit facilities, capital markets, or private markets is preferred
• Background in M&A, LevFin, DCM, or sector coverage is advantageous
• Strong analytical skills and familiarity with financial models, term sheets, or credit documentation
• Eagerness to take ownership and thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
