Secondary Markets Analyst

Job Summary

Supporting the execution team in managing relationships with LPs, GPs, and intermediaries, the part-time Secondary Markets Analyst will contribute to transaction lifecycle activities, financial analysis, and market research while engaging in client interactions to enhance the firm's presence in the secondary markets.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in developing and managing relationships with key stakeholders in secondary markets
• Coordinate due diligence and documentation review to support deal execution
• Conduct market research to identify new liquidity opportunities and support portfolio analytics

Required qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in investment banking, transaction banking, or financial services; relevant internship experience may be considered
• Exposure to structured transactions, capital markets, or private markets
• Background in M&A, LevFin, or DCM is advantageous
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel, including familiarity with financial models
• Eagerness to take ownership and thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
