Job Summary
Supporting relationship development and transaction execution, the future full-time Secondary Markets Analyst will engage with LPs, GPs, and intermediaries while contributing to deal processes and market intelligence in a fast-paced environment.
Key responsibilities
- Assist in managing relationships with LPs, GPs, and intermediaries throughout the transaction lifecycle
- Collaborate with the execution team on due diligence, financial analysis, and deal progression
- Conduct market research to identify new liquidity opportunities and support portfolio analytics
Required qualifications
- 1-3 years of experience in investment banking, transaction banking, or financial services; relevant internship experience is acceptable
- Exposure to structured transactions, credit facilities, or private markets is advantageous
- Background in M&A, LevFin, or DCM is a plus
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel, with familiarity in financial models or credit documentation
- Ability to communicate professionally with institutional counterparties and a foundational understanding of private market dynamics
