SECP Incorporation Specialist
Job Summary
Seeking an experienced SECP Incorporation Specialist, the full-time remote position will manage company incorporation processes, handle statutory compliance, and oversee post-incorporation matters for clients establishing businesses in Saudi Arabia.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle company incorporation and registration through SECP, including documentation and submissions
- Manage post-incorporation matters such as share transfers and company amendments
- Prepare and submit SECP statutory filings and maintain corporate records for compliance
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Law, Business, Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- 2-4+ years of hands-on experience in SECP, company incorporation, and corporate compliance
- Strong knowledge of SECP procedures and statutory filings
- Experience using SECP systems/eZfile and managing regulatory follow-ups
- Good understanding of Pakistani corporate law and compliance requirements
