Secret Clearance EC/TCTO Developer

Job Summary

To support the U.S. Coast Guard's Command, Control, Communications, Computer, and Intelligence Service Center (C5ISC), the full-time EC/TCTO Developer will manage the implementation of engineering changes and Time Compliance Technical Orders (TCTOs), ensuring compliance with regulatory standards while working remotely.

Key responsibilities:

• Develop and manage documentation for engineering changes and TCTOs following Coast Guard procedures
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to facilitate the integration of changes and maintain accurate technical documentation
• Coordinate meetings and gather data from various sources to support the development of engineering requirements

Required qualifications:

• Minimum two years of experience in ELEX EC/TCTO Development for U.S. Coast Guard assets
• Proficient in using Naval Electronic Supply Support System (NESSS), Fleet Logistic System (FLS), and CGMS
• Ability to obtain a Common Access Card (CAC) and pass a federal background check
• Strong writing skills and familiarity with Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, and Excel
• Must possess an active Secret clearance and be a U.S. citizen
