Secret Clearance Identity Architect
Job Summary
To provide architectural and operational leadership for the Department of Veterans Affairs' Veteran Health Identification Card (VHIC) identity and card services, the remote VHIC Identity and Card Services Architect will manage day-to-day operations, troubleshoot system issues, support integrations, and oversee card issuance processes while requiring an active Secret clearance.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide architectural and operational leadership for VHIC identity and card services
- Support reliable day-to-day operations of identity and card service platforms
- Troubleshoot issues and coordinate resolution of operational incidents
Required Qualifications
- Experience with Identity and Access Management (IAM)
- Understanding of identity validation and identity lifecycle processes
- Knowledge of system integration and troubleshooting
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
