Secret Clearance Okta Support Engineer

Job Summary

To support a growing team, the remote Secret Clearance Okta Support Engineer will manage the administration, configuration, and technical support of Okta-based Identity, Credential, and Access Management solutions for government customers, ensuring system integrity and security.

Key responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day administration and support of the Okta platform, including user lifecycle management and application integrations
• Troubleshoot and resolve ICAM-related incidents and service requests in accordance with established SLAs
• Collaborate with security teams to ensure IAM configurations meet federal security standards and frameworks

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field, or equivalent work experience
• 3+ years of hands-on experience administering and supporting Okta or a similar IAM platform
• Active Secret Clearance required
• Relevant Okta certification(s) required (e.g., Okta Certified Administrator, Okta Certified Professional)
• Strong understanding of identity federation protocols including SAML 2.0, OAuth 2.0, and OpenID Connect (OIDC)
