Secret Cleared Systems Engineer Lead
Job Summary
Experienced in systems engineering, the full-time Secret Cleared Systems Engineer Lead will manage the Systems Engineering Lifecycle, oversee the development of engineering artifacts, and serve as the primary interface with customers, while working remotely with occasional onsite meetings in Northern Virginia, Dayton, OH, or Orlando, FL.
Key responsibilities
- Provide expertise in the Systems Engineering Lifecycle for all phases of the lifecycle
- Responsible for systems engineering artifacts including Requirements, Architecture, and other informative documents for product development
- Facilitate technical information exchange and collaborate with the technical program manager to develop technical roadmaps
Required qualifications
- Must possess a minimum of Top Secret clearance with the ability to obtain a SCI clearance
- BS degree with 12-15 years of relevant experience or a Master's degree with 10-13 years of relevant experience
- Demonstrable knowledge of systems engineering concepts applied to Department of Defense programs
- Experience with SysML and Agile program execution tools
- Ability to work well with diverse teams and adapt to customer needs
