Secret Licensed Pricing Analyst

Job Summary

Supporting the Department of the Air Force in advancing its Identity, Credential, and Access Management capabilities, the remote Secret Licensed Pricing Analyst will provide pricing analysis, software licensing assessment, and Rough Order of Magnitude cost estimation for three concurrent System Enhancement Studies.

Key responsibilities

• Develop detailed Rough Order of Magnitude cost estimates for system enhancement studies, covering various cost elements for government use
• Conduct structured software licensing analysis for identified technology components, documenting functional roles and compliance constraints
• Coordinate with program managers and study leads to ensure timely completion of cost and licensing deliverables aligned with project schedules

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in cost estimation, pricing analysis, or software licensing analysis for Defense or Federal government IT programs
• Demonstrated experience developing Rough Order of Magnitude or Independent Government Cost Estimate products for Defense IT programs
• Active Secret security clearance (final adjudication required prior to assignment)
• Experience analyzing software licensing structures and procurement implications in Defense or Federal environments
