Job Summary

To support the Department of the Air Force's enterprise Identity, Credential, and Access Management capabilities, the remote Secret Licensed Pricing Analyst will provide detailed pricing analysis, software licensing assessment, and Rough Order of Magnitude cost estimation for three concurrent System Enhancement Studies.

Key responsibilities
  • Develop detailed Rough Order of Magnitude (ROM) cost estimates for each System Enhancement Study, covering all cost elements for Government budget requests
  • Conduct structured software licensing analysis for identified technology components and document licensing constraints relevant to deployment scenarios
  • Coordinate with Program Managers and Study Lead Engineers to ensure timely completion of cost and licensing deliverables aligned with study schedules
Required qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience in cost estimation, pricing analysis, or software licensing analysis for Defense or Federal government IT programs
  • Demonstrated experience developing Rough Order of Magnitude (ROM) or Independent Government Cost Estimate (IGCE) products
  • Active Secret security clearance required prior to assignment
  • Experience analyzing software licensing structures for enterprise technology platforms in Defense or Federal environments
