Job Summary
Leading a focused study effort, the remote CDO-L Study Lead Engineer with a Secret security clearance will manage the analysis and architecture development for advancing the Department of the Air Force's enterprise Identity, Credential, and Access Management (ICAM) capabilities, ensuring technical soundness and operational alignment with government requirements.
Key responsibilities
- Lead the structured review and cataloging of Government-provided CDO-L requirements against existing DAF ICAM solutions
- Conduct gap analyses to inform architectural recommendations for extending ICAM capabilities in contested environments
- Document all study outputs in a Technical Study Report, ensuring alignment with Performance Work Statement requirements
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, Cybersecurity, or a related field
- 7+ years of experience in systems engineering, enterprise architecture, or identity and access management within Defense or Federal government IT environments
- Demonstrated experience with identity and access management architectures in disconnected or operationally constrained environments
- Experience with the DoD Authority to Operate (ATO) process and security accreditation requirements
- Active Secret security clearance (final adjudication required prior to assignment)
