Job Summary
Leading a comprehensive technical study, the remote NPE Governance Study Lead Engineer (Study 2) will focus on advancing enterprise Identity, Credential, and Access Management (ICAM) capabilities for the Department of the Air Force, requiring a Secret security clearance and extensive experience in identity governance frameworks.
Key responsibilities:
- Lead the analysis and design of a governance framework for Non-Person Entities (NPEs) across the DAF enterprise
- Develop and document a technical plan for discovering existing NPEs and consolidating them into a unified catalog
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with policy requirements and produce a decision-ready Technical Study Report
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, Cybersecurity, or a related field
- 7+ years of experience in identity governance, enterprise architecture, or identity and access management within Defense or Federal government IT environments
- Demonstrated experience with SailPoint IdentityIQ or SailPoint IdentityNow in an engineering or governance design capacity
- Experience with Okta platform components, including Universal Directory and authentication server configuration
- Active Secret security clearance (final adjudication required prior to assignment)
