Job Summary
Leading a critical technical study, the remote DAF365 JML Lead Engineer will focus on transforming the DAF365 Joiner, Mover, Leaver (JML) process into an automated identity provisioning framework while ensuring all outputs align with operational requirements and timelines, requiring a Secret security clearance.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the mapping of identity attributes from DAF HR sources into the Okta Universal Directory, identifying data quality issues and defining formal attribute schemas
- Design technical architectures for JML event types, ensuring seamless integration with Microsoft Entra ID and documenting the provisioning and revocation processes
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to produce a Technical Study Report and phased implementation roadmap, ensuring all study outputs are precise and actionable
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Cybersecurity, or related field
- 7+ years of experience in identity and access management engineering within Defense or Federal IT environments
- Hands-on experience with Okta Universal Directory and Microsoft Entra ID, including SCIM provisioning
- Experience analyzing Joiner, Mover, Leaver processes for enterprise populations in DoD or Federal environments
- Active Secret security clearance required
