Securities and Insurance Licensed Manager

Job Summary

Leading a team of 10-15 nationally licensed advisors, the full-time remote Securities and Insurance Licensed Manager will manage performance and sales results to achieve annual revenue goals exceeding $1.5M while ensuring a consistent client experience across all interactions.

Key responsibilities

• Drive team revenue and manage the retention and engagement of approximately 800k clients
• Conduct regular coaching and training to enhance consultative sales skills and support professional development
• Collaborate with sales leadership to plan quarterly business strategies and manage performance expectations

Required qualifications

• College degree in business, management, or a related field, or equivalent experience
• Prior experience as a financial advisor with a strong understanding of financial planning and investment products
• Possession of FINRA Series 7, 63/65 or 66, and Life/Health Insurance licenses, or ability to obtain within 120 days of hire
• 5+ years of experience leading a team of 8 or more direct reports
• Eligibility for Securities and Insurance licensing in all 50 states and the District of Columbia
