Job Summary
Working remotely on a 12-month contract basis, the Security Analyst will track, validate, and report on security issues across Linux and Windows servers, network infrastructure, and cloud environments while collaborating with various teams to ensure accurate remediation and compliance with security standards.
Key responsibilities
- Review vulnerability findings and coordinate remediation with relevant teams
- Validate that security updates are applied and issues are resolved
- Maintain audit evidence and support compliance with PCI-DSS and other requirements
Required qualifications
- 4+ years of experience in IT security, vulnerability management, or infrastructure operations
- Working knowledge of Linux and Windows servers, networking, Microsoft Azure, and Google Cloud
- Experience with vulnerability scan results and tracking remediation
- Security certification such as CompTIA Security+, CompTIA CySA+, or equivalent
- Familiarity with Microsoft Defender Vulnerability Management and PCI-DSS or audit support (preferred)
