Job Summary
Supporting a dynamic security team, the full-time remote Security Analyst II will manage security alerts, participate in incident response, and automate processes to enhance security operations.
Key responsibilities:
- Act as the initial point of contact for the Security queue, triaging and routing tickets while resolving routine requests
- Triage endpoint and security alerts using runbooks and AI-assisted analysis, driving continuous improvement of the alert handling process
- Participate in incident response activities, including drafting internal security notices and conducting post-incident reviews
Required qualifications:
- 3 years of experience in security, IT, compliance, or a customer-facing technical role
- Technical foundation in security operations and incident response fundamentals
- Experience using AI to automate work and enhance team efficiency
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple requests and deadlines effectively
- Ability to communicate technical topics clearly to non-technical audiences
