Job Summary
To support a growing cybersecurity team, the full-time OSOC Security Analyst - TechOps will manage technical onboarding and client integrations, troubleshoot deployment issues, and assist with penetration testing activities in a remote environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Deploy, configure, and support Kali Linux testing appliances in various client environments
- Troubleshoot client-side deployment issues, ensuring smooth connectivity and functionality
- Guide clients through cloud integration setup and validate permissions for assessment tooling
Required Qualifications
- 1-2 years of experience in IT operations, system administration, TechOps, or information security
- Strong Linux administration skills, particularly with Kali Linux
- Experience with virtualization platforms and building or customizing VM images
- Solid understanding of networking fundamentals and cloud identity/access management
- Security+ certification required; additional certifications in Linux or cloud are a plus
