Security and Quality VP
Job Summary
Leading the advancement of security and quality in testing environments, the full-time VP, Security & Quality will manage testing-security strategies and quality management systems remotely, ensuring integrity and operational reliability across online proctoring and onsite Test Center delivery.
Key responsibilities
- Lead the execution and evolution of testing security strategies and practices across remote and onsite testing
- Drive the development and implementation of a quality management system to enhance operational excellence
- Partner with cross-functional teams to assess and strengthen security controls within testing platforms and processes
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business, technology, information systems, security, or a related field; advanced degree preferred
- Significant leadership experience in testing security, exam integrity, or related disciplines
- Demonstrated understanding of security risks associated with remote online testing and secure technology
- Experience with Lean and Six Sigma methodologies; certification preferred
- Proven track record of initiating process improvements and driving accountability within organizations
