Security Awareness Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Security Awareness Analyst to support the planning, development, implementation, and maintenance of the organization's security awareness program.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage security communications and translate technical information for various audiences
• Conduct security awareness assessments and develop communication plans for timely information distribution
• Assist in identifying human risks and developing training programs to promote a strong security culture

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field
• 3-5 years of experience in security awareness, cybersecurity, training, or communications roles
• Knowledge of learning theory, behavior change models, and cultural analysis
• Understanding of risk management principles and security awareness frameworks
• Experience with security awareness tools and Learning Management Systems is preferred
