Security Awareness Analyst

Job Summary

Managing enterprise security awareness initiatives, the full-time Security Awareness Analyst will create training materials and campaigns to enhance security knowledge and behaviors among employees while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and coordinate content for security awareness programs in collaboration with internal teams
• Maintain a publication calendar and manage multiple awareness projects to ensure quality and effectiveness
• Produce reports on program status and employee behavioral changes to demonstrate the impact of security awareness initiatives

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or a related discipline
• 2-4 years of experience in a compliance or security environment, preferably in Information Technology
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Adobe CC, and content creation tools
• Strong project management and organizational skills
• Experience in interpreting compliance requirements and generating supporting documentation
