Security Business Analyst
Job Summary
To enhance security service outcomes, the full-time Senior Security Business Analyst will conduct client meetings to discuss performance insights, develop tailored reports, and drive service improvements while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct recurring meetings with clients to share performance insights and discuss operational concerns
- Develop customized reports for client security operations analysis and implement quality improvement plans
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful onboarding of security solutions and relay client feedback to leadership
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- Basic understanding of network protocols, operating systems, and security best practices
- Familiarity with Security Information and Event Management (SIEM) and Endpoint Detection and Response (EDR)
- Understanding of cybersecurity threats
