Security Delivery Manager

Job Summary

Leading a team of security delivery managers, the full-time Security Delivery Manager will oversee the execution of security programs, including vulnerability management and incident response readiness, while aligning cross-functional teams remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Define and drive the multi-year strategy for security delivery operations, ensuring alignment with company-wide security objectives
• Establish frameworks for scoping, resourcing, tracking, and reporting security programs across engineering and operations partners
• Oversee the development of security delivery metrics and reporting mechanisms for executive and board-level audiences

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent practical experience, with at least 4 years of managing managers
• 10+ years of experience in program or project management focused on security, trust, and safety, or risk and compliance
• Experience leading large-scale security programs, including vulnerability management and incident response coordination
• Experience managing cross-functional security programs involving engineering, legal, policy, and operations stakeholders
• Experience defining delivery metrics and reporting frameworks for security initiatives
