Security Engineer

Job Summary

Embracing an AI-first culture, the full-time Security Engineer will manage various aspects of the security program, including corporate IT, identity, AI Security, and cloud, while collaborating closely with backend, firmware, and data engineers to enhance security measures.

Key responsibilities

• Administer Google Workspace, manage device lifecycle, and conduct access reviews to ensure compliance
• Implement vulnerability management and endpoint management for the corporate fleet
• Develop processes for secure AI usage and triage security requests while overseeing incident responses

Required qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in security and/or IT engineering, preferably on a small team
• Proficiency in operating a SIEM such as Datadog Cloud SIEM, Splunk, or similar
• Fluency in corporate IT, including Google Workspace administration and identity lifecycle management
• Ability to script in Python or similar languages
• Strong documentation skills for security processes and audits
