Security Engineer

Job Summary

Owning identity and endpoint security in a full-time remote capacity, the Security Engineer will manage access controls, oversee device security, and respond to incidents while collaborating with the Head of Security to ensure robust security practices across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Administer identity provider and SSO, enforce MFA, and conduct periodic access reviews
• Manage MDM and EDR coverage, ensuring device provisioning and security standards are met
• Act as a first responder for identity and endpoint incidents, investigating and documenting as necessary

Required qualifications

• Hands-on experience with enterprise identity platforms, including SSO and MFA
• Experience managing MDM and EDR tools across a device fleet
• Proven experience responding to security incidents or breaches
• Ability to assess vendor and integration risks, particularly with AI tools
• Scripting skills in Python or Bash for automation purposes
