Security Engineer
Job Summary
Supporting a DHS program remotely, the full-time Security Engineer will secure solutions across cloud, data centers, networks, and applications while interpreting security requirements and integrating compliance tooling and processes.
Key responsibilities
- Implement and maintain security solutions in cloud environments and data centers
- Integrate compliance tooling and interpret security requirements from governing bodies
- Collaborate with teams on application analysis, architectural design, and engineering support
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- Minimum of five (5) years' experience in application security engineering support
- US Citizen with the ability to successfully complete a government-issued background investigation
- Experience with Information Assurance Compliance tools and knowledge of Federal Government Authorization processes
- Certifications in CEH, Amazon, Microsoft, Linux, and Cloud preferred
