Security Engineer

Job Summary

Embracing an AI-first culture, the full-time Security Engineer will manage various aspects of the security program, including corporate IT, identity, AI Security, enterprise, and cloud, while collaborating closely with backend, firmware, and data engineers in a dynamic environment.

Key responsibilities

• Administer Google Workspace, manage device and SaaS access lifecycle onboarding, offboarding, and access reviews
• Ensure compliance by remediating failing tests, extending Vanta with custom tests, and automating evidence collection
• Partner with internal teams to develop secure solutions and manage vulnerability and endpoint management for the corporate fleet

Required qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in security and/or IT engineering, preferably on a small team
• Experience operating a SIEM (e.g., Datadog Cloud SIEM, Panther, Splunk, Elastic)
• Proficiency in corporate IT, including Google Workspace administration and identity lifecycle management
• Strong scripting ability in Python or similar languages
• Clear documentation skills for security writing, including triage notes and audit evidence
