Security Engineer

Job Summary

Embracing an AI-first culture, the full-time salaried Security Engineer will manage various aspects of the security program, including corporate IT, identity, AI security, and cloud, while collaborating closely with backend, firmware, and data engineers, as well as R&D and clinical teams.

Key responsibilities

• Administer Google Workspace, manage device lifecycles, and conduct access reviews to ensure compliance
• Implement vulnerability management and endpoint management across the corporate fleet
• Develop processes for secure AI usage in corporate environments and triage security requests and incidents

Required qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in security and/or IT engineering, particularly in a small team setting
• Proficiency with SIEM tools such as Datadog Cloud SIEM, Panther, Splunk, or Elastic
• Experience with Google Workspace administration, MDM, and identity lifecycle management
• Ability to script in Python or similar languages
• Strong documentation skills for security writing, including triage notes and audit evidence
