Security Engineer

Job Summary

Working closely with backend, firmware, and data engineers, the full-time salaried Security Engineer will manage various aspects of the security program, including corporate IT, identity, AI security, and cloud, while ensuring compliance and secure solutions for internal teams.

Key responsibilities

• Administer Google Workspace, manage device lifecycle, and conduct access reviews for compliance
• Implement and automate security measures, including vulnerability and endpoint management
• Collaborate with internal teams to develop secure and ethical AI processes while triaging security requests and incidents

Required qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in security and/or IT engineering, preferably on a small team
• Proficiency in operating a SIEM such as Datadog Cloud SIEM, Panther, Splunk, or Elastic
• Fluency in corporate IT, including Google Workspace administration and identity lifecycle management
• Strong scripting skills in Python or similar languages
• Ability to produce clear security documentation for diverse audiences
