Security Engineer

Job Summary

Embracing an AI-first culture, the full-time Security Engineer will manage various aspects of the security program, including corporate IT, identity, AI security, and cloud, while collaborating closely with backend, firmware, and data engineers, as well as R&D and clinical teams.

Key responsibilities

• Administer Google Workspace, manage device lifecycle, and conduct access reviews for compliance
• Maintain compliance through code, automate evidence collection, and remediate failing infrastructure tests
• Partner with internal teams to develop secure solutions and manage vulnerability and endpoint management for corporate assets

Required qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in security and/or IT engineering, particularly in a small team setting
• Experience operating a SIEM such as Datadog Cloud SIEM, Panther, or Splunk
• Fluency in corporate IT, including Google Workspace administration and identity lifecycle management
• Proficiency in scripting languages like Python
• Strong ability to produce clear security documentation and runbooks for diverse stakeholders
