Job Summary
To enhance security measures, the full-time Security Engineer will provide guidance on new products, lead internal security initiatives, and analyze internet threats while working onsite in Bellevue, WA, and other locations.
Key responsibilities
- Provide security guidance on a constant stream of new products and technologies
- Take a leadership role in driving internal security and privacy initiatives
- Conduct regular security assessments, specializing in mobile platform and application code
Required qualifications
- B.S. or M.S. in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience
- 8+ years of experience in security engineering, including vulnerability research and penetration testing
- 3+ years programming experience with languages such as Python, PHP, or Ruby
- 4+ years of experience reviewing C and C++, with knowledge of secure code development best practices
- Working knowledge of security architecture principles and risk mitigation strategies
