Job Summary
As a full-time remote Security Engineer II, the candidate will manage ZScaler and DLP ticket triage, support end users with policy issues, and tune security policies to enhance data protection and network security across the organization.
Key responsibilities
- Triage incoming ZScaler and DLP tickets, categorizing and routing them appropriately
- Tune DLP detection rules and ZScaler policies to minimize false positives and negatives
- Support the development of clear RACI and escalation paths for ZScaler/DLP issues across teams
Required qualifications
- 2 to 4 years of experience in cybersecurity, IT operations, or network security
- Working knowledge of data protection principles and network security concepts
- Hands-on experience resolving policy or access issues with structured processes
- Strong organizational and documentation skills for maintaining accurate records
- Authorization to work in the United States
