Job Summary
Owning the ongoing engineering of application allowlisting, the full-time Security Engineer II will ensure only approved software runs on managed endpoints, maintain allowlist coverage, and process exception requests while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Maintain and extend the application allowlist as software and business needs evolve
- Process incoming software exception requests and validate business justifications
- Participate in team routines and contribute to process improvements for allowlist management
Required qualifications
- 2 to 4 years of experience in cybersecurity, endpoint security, or IT operations
- Working knowledge of endpoint management and application control concepts
- Hands-on experience processing exceptions or access requests against defined criteria
- Strong organizational and documentation skills with accuracy and audit readiness
- Authorization to work in the United States
