Security Engineer Lead

Job Summary

To champion security solutions company-wide, the full-time salaried Security Engineer Lead will scope and design security measures across multiple technical domains while collaborating with various engineering teams in a hybrid work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Set technical direction for security solutions and platforms shared across the company
• Determine the highest-risk items across domains and lead development of detailed threat models and solutions
• Build partnerships across security, infrastructure, and engineering to translate business and regulatory requirements into actionable tradeoffs

Required qualifications

• B.S. in Computer Science or a related field
• Deep technical expertise in at least one security domain with the ability to quickly gain credibility in others
• Significant experience in driving large cross-company engineering initiatives
• Experience managing security risk and navigating tradeoffs in a large organization
• Hands-on engineering experience with the ability to lead across Security Engineering and Software Engineering teams
