Security Engineer, Risk Management

Job Summary

Owning and operationalizing a third-party risk management and business continuity program, the full-time Security Engineer, Risk Management will build data pipelines, automate governance processes, and partner with cross-functional teams in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and manage a third-party risk management and business continuity program
• Design and implement data pipelines that aggregate and normalize risk, control, and asset information
• Translate compliance requirements into enforceable, testable policy-as-code

Required qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in backend, platform, data, or software engineering
• Experience with third-party risk management and business continuity
• Proficiency in at least one programming language such as Python, Kotlin, Java, or Go
• Hands-on experience with LLMs and integration patterns like REST APIs and webhooks
• Experience in defining technical direction in ambiguous problem spaces
