Security Engineering Manager

Job Summary

To enhance security operations, the full-time Senior Manager, Security Engineering and Operations will plan, design, implement, and support the information security stack while mentoring team members and collaborating with IT stakeholders in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, design, and implement security technologies and enhancements to maintain a strong security posture
• Mentor Security Engineering and Operations Teams, fostering collaboration with IT and business units
• Monitor and assess cyber threats, vulnerabilities, and security incidents, driving automation for improved efficiency

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in security operations, incident response, and vulnerability management
• Strong experience with SIEM platforms and developing SIEM infrastructure
• Hands-on technical expertise in Cloud Security, Identity and Access Management, and Network Security
• Proven experience in security automation using scripting languages
• Familiarity with regulatory requirements such as GDPR, PII, and PHI
